Book your free roof inspection

An hour on your roof and in your attic, a photo report you keep, and a written price for a defined scope. No obligation, no pressure, and no roof priced over the phone.

Tell us about your roof

Tell us what the roof is doing. We inspect, photograph everything, and send a written price. No obligation and no doorstep pressure.

We'll call you back to arrange the inspection. We never sell your details on to a list, and there's no obligation to proceed. If your roof is leaking right now, call (405) 555-0147 instead; that's faster.

Roof leaking right now?

Call instead. Active water is an emergency and the phone is much faster than a form. We can usually tarp to stop water entering the same day.

(405) 555-0147

Monday – Saturday, 7:00am – 7:00pm. Storm response calls answered 24/7.

What happens next

  1. 1

You send the form or call

Tell us what the roof is doing and roughly where you are. Active leaks jump the queue, so say so.

  2. 2

    We book the inspection

Usually within a few days in normal weather. After a regional hail event, longer. We will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.

  3. 3

    About an hour on site

Roof surface, penetrations, flashings, gutters, and the attic where there is safe access. Everything relevant gets photographed.

  4. 4

    Findings, then a written price

We walk you through the photographs in plain language. If work is needed you get a line-itemed written quote. If it is not, you get told that.

Before you book

  • The inspection is genuinely free. No charge for the visit, no charge for the report, no charge if the answer is that you need nothing. Formal written certifications for a property sale are a separate paid service and we'll say so before booking.
  • You keep the report either way. Useful for an insurance claim, a second opinion, or a house sale, regardless of who ends up doing the work.
  • Storm damage? Get inspected before you file. If the damage is marginal, a claim may not be in your interest, and it's better to know that first.
  • We never discuss your deductible. Waiving or absorbing it is fraud under Oklahoma law. Walk away from anyone who offers.
