These terms govern your use of normanroofingexperts.com (the "site"), operated by Norman Roofing Experts ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site does not itself perform roofing work. Requests submitted here are routed to a roofing provider serving your area, who contacts you directly. Work carried out at your property is governed by the separate written proposal and contract you sign with that provider, not by these terms. Where the two differ in relation to a job, the signed proposal with the provider governs.

1. The site is information, not a quotation

Everything published here is general information about roofing. No price, range or figure on this site is a quotation and none of it is binding. Cost ranges are published to help you set expectations and to make it harder for anyone to quote you an unreasonable number. They are not offers.

A binding price comes only from a written proposal issued by a roofing provider after an on-site inspection of your specific roof. This site does not price roofs over the phone or by email, and no provider should either without first inspecting the roof.

2. No professional advice

Content on this site, including the guides on hail damage, insurance claims and materials, is general information for Oklahoma property owners. It is not legal, financial, insurance or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your specific circumstances.

In particular, this site is not staffed by licensed insurance advisers, and the roofing providers you may be connected with are not either unless they say so. Statements about coverage, deductibles, policy types and claim outcomes describe how the process generally works in practice. Your policy is a contract between you and your carrier, so consult your agent or carrier about what it actually covers.

3. Estimates and inspections

• Submitting a request through this site is always free and without obligation. Whether an on-site inspection itself carries a cost is set by the roofing provider you're connected with — ask them directly.
• Formal written certifications required for a real-estate transaction are typically a separate paid service, and a reputable provider quotes that before booking.
• Written estimates from a provider are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Material prices move, and an expired estimate may be re-issued at a different figure.
• Estimates are based on what is visible at the time of inspection. Conditions concealed beneath the existing roof covering, decking damage in particular, may change the scope. A reputable provider stops and consults you before additional work is carried out.

4. Insurance claims

Where a roofing provider assists with a storm damage claim, they typically provide documentation, technical assessment and, at your request, attendance at the adjuster's inspection. Neither this site nor any provider acts as your agent with your insurer, adjusts claims, or guarantees any claim outcome. The claim is between you and your carrier and you remain responsible for filing it and for the accuracy of what you file.

No roofing provider connected through this site is authorised to rebate, absorb, discount or advertise the waiving of any insurance deductible. Doing so is unlawful in Oklahoma and exposes the property owner as well as the contractor. Treat any such offer as a reason to stop working with that contractor immediately.

5. Warranties

Where a roofing provider carries out work, the warranty terms applying to that work are stated in the written proposal and any documentation that provider issues on completion. This site does not perform roofing work and issues no workmanship warranty of its own. Manufacturer warranties on materials are issued by the manufacturer and subject to their terms, which commonly require correct installation and adequate ventilation.

Nothing on this site creates a warranty. General statements here about typical roof service life are estimates based on Oklahoma conditions, not guarantees for any particular roof.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system.
• Submit false, misleading or malicious information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Scrape, republish or reproduce substantial parts of the site's content without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and original graphics on this site are our property or used under licence. Photography currently used on the site is stock imagery licensed for commercial use and is not a depiction of our own completed work; it is placeholder material and is marked as such in our project documentation.

8. Third-party links

We link to external resources such as state licensing bodies and insurance regulators for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This clause limits liability arising from the website. Liability in respect of physical work carried out at your property is addressed in the signed proposal with, and any insurance carried by, the roofing provider who performs the work.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes relating to the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and the revised terms apply from the date they are posted.

Norman Roofing Experts is a website that helps homeowners across Norman, Cleveland County and northern McClain County, Oklahoma request roofing service from a local provider. Inspections, estimates and roofing work are carried out by that provider, at the customer's property.
