These terms govern your use of normanroofingexperts.com (the "site"), operated by Norman Roofing Experts ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Work we carry out at your property is governed by the separate written proposal and contract you sign for that work, not by these terms. Where the two differ in relation to a job, the signed proposal governs.

1. The site is information, not a quotation

Everything published here is general information about roofing. No price, range or figure on this site is a quotation and none of it is binding. Cost ranges are published to help you set expectations and to make it harder for anyone to quote you an unreasonable number. They are not offers.

A binding price comes only from a written proposal issued after an on-site inspection of your specific roof. We do not price roofs over the phone or by email without inspecting them.

2. No professional advice

Content on this site, including our guides on hail damage, insurance claims and materials, is general information for Oklahoma property owners. It is not legal, financial, insurance or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your specific circumstances.

In particular, we are roofing contractors and not licensed insurance advisers. Statements about coverage, deductibles, policy types and claim outcomes describe how the process generally works in practice. Your policy is a contract between you and your carrier, so consult your agent or carrier about what it actually covers.

3. Estimates and inspections

• Our standard roof inspection and photo report are provided free of charge and without obligation for properties within the areas we serve.
• Formal written certifications required for a real-estate transaction are a separate paid service, quoted before booking.
• Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Material prices move, and an expired estimate may be re-issued at a different figure.
• Estimates are based on what is visible at the time of inspection. Conditions concealed beneath the existing roof covering, decking damage in particular, may change the scope. Where that happens we stop and consult you before additional work is carried out.

4. Insurance claims

Where we assist with a storm damage claim, we provide documentation, technical assessment and, at your request, attendance at the adjuster's inspection. We do not act as your agent with your insurer, we do not adjust claims, and we do not guarantee any claim outcome. The claim is between you and your carrier and you remain responsible for filing it and for the accuracy of what you file.

We will not rebate, absorb, discount or advertise the waiving of any insurance deductible. Doing so is unlawful in Oklahoma and exposes the property owner as well as the contractor. Any suggestion to the contrary attributed to us is unauthorised.

5. Warranties

Where we carry out work, the warranty terms applying to that work are stated in your written proposal and any documentation issued on completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials are issued by the manufacturer and subject to their terms, which commonly require correct installation and adequate ventilation.

Nothing on this site creates a warranty. General statements here about typical roof service life are estimates based on Oklahoma conditions, not guarantees for any particular roof.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system.
• Submit false, misleading or malicious information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Scrape, republish or reproduce substantial parts of the site's content without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and original graphics on this site are our property or used under licence. Photography currently used on the site is stock imagery licensed for commercial use and is not a depiction of our own completed work; it is placeholder material and is marked as such in our project documentation.

8. Third-party links

We link to external resources such as state licensing bodies and insurance regulators for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This clause limits liability arising from the website. Liability in respect of physical work carried out at your property is addressed in your signed proposal and by our insurance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes relating to the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and the revised terms apply from the date they are posted.
