This policy explains what information Norman Roofing Experts ("we", "us") collects through normanroofingexperts.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.

When you submit an estimate or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if provided, the service area you select, the type of project, and anything you write in the message field. If you call us, we collect the information you provide during that call and, where a call-tracking number is used, the calling number and call metadata such as time and duration.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or health information. We do not need any of it to quote or carry out roofing work.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical information when pages are requested: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. This is used for security, troubleshooting and understanding which pages are useful.

• Where you ask us to. For example, sending inspection documentation to your insurance carrier or adjuster in support of a claim.
• Where the law requires it. In response to a valid legal request, or to establish or defend legal claims.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain basic records. Records relating to completed work (contracts, invoices, inspection documentation and warranty records) are kept for as long as required to support the warranty and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
